The video I posted in these two years, alone or with the cooperation and help of friends, so have these features and wish to continue them in the future. Questa sera parliamo di me...

Quando mi sono registrato su YouTube ed ho creato il mio canale “thewhitefly1966”, il giorno 10 marzo 2010 non immaginavo di arrivare dove sono ora.  Dopo poco più di due anni, sul canale sono presenti 27 video, uno è in preparazione e in totale i 27 video sono stati visti da più di diecimila persone in tutto il mondo. Ripeto, in tutto il mondo. Solo per dare un’idea: negli ultimi trenta giorni hanno visto i 27 video complessivamente 951 persone di 28 nazioni diverse, dall’Italia al Giappone, dal Brasile all’Australia, dalla Colombia all’Indonesia e potrei continuare.

Sulla pagina di copertina del Canale è pubblicato questo comunicato:  “thewhitefly1966 nasce nel marzo 2010 con lo scopo di far conoscere persone o gruppi di persone, artisti, poeti, filosofi, scrittori, pittori, cantanti, ma anche nuovi pensieri, nuove forme di comunicazione, che a nostro giudizio meritano di essere conosciute perchè rappresentano l'insieme di quelle condizioni della vita sociale che permettono tanto ai gruppi quanto ai singoli membri di raggiungere la propria perfezione più pienamente e più speditamente concorrendo quindi al Bene Comune”.

I video che ho pubblicato in questi due anni, da solo o con la collaborazione e l’aiuto di amici,  hanno dunque queste caratteristiche e vogliono continuare ad averle anche per il futuro.  E’ quindi ancora più straordinario il successo di un canale che non pubblica filmati di attualità, di sport o di spot, di band musicali, di reportage di viaggi o pubblicità di prodotti o altro.  I lavori di thewhitefly1966 sono tutti frutto di un’idea o di un tema originale, sviluppato e tradotto in un video che deve essere il più possibile espressivo ed emozionante nella sintesi temporale corretta per un video di YouTube  (tempo massimo di attenzione cinque / sei minuti).

Quello che le nuove tecnologie, Internet, permettono di fare oggi è qualcosa che mi affascina e mi lascia senza parole. Potrei dire che quello che da un paio di anni sono riuscito a creare è un sogno che sin da piccolo avevo in cuore e però non immaginavo di realizzare, non avendo potuto andare a Roma e studiare per cercare di diventare regista. 

Chiudo quindi questo post che mi sono dedicato con un grazie a tutte quelle persone che con il loro lavoro hanno reso possibile questo miracolo:  che un video creato dal mio computer di casa, a Bollate,  possa essere visto dopo pochi minuti dall’altra parte della terra.
